01. Problem
A DevOps-focused role meant the job didn’t stop at "the code works" — the backend API and React frontend had to actually be deployed and operated on cloud infrastructure, not just built and handed off.
02. Constraint
Owning the system past the point most frontend/backend work stops — through deployment and ongoing operation, not just development.
03. What I Did
Built the backend API and React frontend, then deployed and operated the system directly on cloud infrastructure.
04. Impact & Result
The project that pulled the work toward infrastructure and operations specifically — the shift that led directly into building an authentication system from scratch (below), instead of stopping at "the feature works."
